documento como garantia do neg\u00f3cio ou ainda qualquer ato que venha materializar o neg\u00f3cio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5 \u2013 Ficar\u00e1, ainda, o CORRETOR ou IMOBILI\u00c1RIA acima mencionado(a) com direito \u00e0 comiss\u00e3o combinada, nos seguintes casos: a) se o im\u00f3vel for vendido por terceiros, na vig\u00eancia desta op\u00e7\u00e3o; b) se, vendido, o vendedor vier a desistir do neg\u00f3cio; c) se a venda for operada fora do prazo da op\u00e7\u00e3o por comprador apresentado pelo CORRETOR ou IMOBILI\u00c1RIA; d) se o comprador desistir do neg\u00f3cio, j\u00e1 realizado, nos casos do item 4; e) se a venda for efetuada por valor inferior ou superior ao estipulado; f) se o vendedor, por qualquer motivo, frustar o neg\u00f3cio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6 \u2013 Fica a cargo do corretor ou
